A premium find, here we have a rainy-day slop-pile awaiting the inevitable paw, foot, or bicycle tire of some unaware passer-by. The rain has degraded the pile, but from the greasy-but-coherent exterior still showing we can tell this pile was sloppy long before the ambient drizzle did its thing. A good reminder to watch where you walk in New Westminster.
